About the artist
Studio Artifact is a creative project by Dallas Myers. Having a significant background in traditional and contemporary fabrication, the objects Dallas makes try to focus on simple forms while using fabrication methods to bring objects to realization, trying to allow the material and process to dictate outcomes. Most objects are experimental and are produced in small runs, and sometimes even irreproducible. This allows room to constantly evolve, play, and produce an ephemeral and changing body of work, chasing whatever interests him at the time.
